Shallin Chikoto is a results-oriented strategic leader and a driven resource development expert. Shallin served as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) and now supports CORE as a strategic advisor. With over 20 years of experience as an international development professional, Shallin builds high performing teams and both designs and implements multi-sector development and relief solutions in diverse contexts. She builds and maintains strong relationships with donors, supporters, and allies, such as foundations, corporations, governments, and civil society organizations brokering fruitful partnerships, delivering multi-sector, multi-million-dollar programs. Chikoto holds a Master’s in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development from Northumbria University, a BSc in Agriculture Economics from the University of Zimbabwe and is a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
