Rupert has worked as a water and sanitation engineer within the humanitarian sphere for over 10 years. Specializing in providing wash services for internally displaced and refugees and has worked for ACF, Merlin, Oxfam, Netherlands Red Cross, British Red Cross and IFRC in many rapid emergency response programs. He has worked as a Wash engineer in country programs and as an advisor supporting many countries in Africa and Asia.

With more than a decade of WASH experience, Rupert now works in the Oxfam Supply Centre focusing on the development of Wash equipment and innovations in collaboration with Oxfam’s Wash team from the Global Humanitarian team (GHT). He technical supports Oxfam country programs on Wash equipment and piloting Wash innovations.
