Rachel Chilton currently serves as the Deputy USAID Industry Liaison and Deputy Communications Director for the Office of Acquisition and Assistance. She has more than eleven years of communications experience with USAID working on a variety of outreach projects and activities, including: strategic communication planning, storytelling, social media, press and Hill engagement, videography, photography, graphic design, and more. Rachel holds a BA in International Relations and Global Affairs from Eckerd College, and completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Taiwan as an English Teaching Assistant upon graduation. She also holds an MA in Media and Strategic Communication with a Graduate Certificate in Documentary Filmmaking from the George Washington University. Rachel speaks Mandarin Chinese and basic Kiswahili.
