Pablo Bredt Torres

Team Lead - Humanitarian Supply Chain at USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance 

Pablo Torres is a senior humanitarian logistics specialist with 16 years of field experience in responding to natural and man-made disasters. Currently based in Washington D.C., he serves as USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Humanitarian Supply Chain Team Lead for the Latin America, Caribbean, East Asia, and Pacific regions. His extensive fieldwork with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) spans diverse contexts in the Sahel, East and South Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).

Mr. Torres is actively involved in multiple working groups and USAID/BHA-funded projects focused on environmental sustainability in the humanitarian logistics sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of London – SOAS and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
