Kathryn Hoeflich
Lead New Partnerships Initiative NPI at USAID
Kathryn Hoeflich currently serves as the Acting Lead for USAID’s New Partnerships Initiative (NPI). She joined the Agency’s Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation’s (IPI) Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships (LFT) Hub after two years working on the Global Health Bureau & PEPFAR’s local partner transition. She has worked with and for local partners around the globe in more than 15 countries & across various humanitarian and development sectors for the past 20 years. Once upon a time, she was a CO for a major USAID implementing partner and has created & managed sub-award portfolios, partnership systems and localization strategies for multiple IPs. Kathryn has a BA in International Studies & Journalism from American University & a MPhil in Justice & Transformation in 2011 from the University of Cape Town.
