Julius (J.N) Hill is the EMEA lead Partner and Swiss Managing Partner for Deloitte’s International Affairs & Development (IAD) sector. He has been working with UN agencies, IDOs, NGOs, non-profits, and multinational companies in Geneva for the past 17 years.

J.N. has over 30 years of strategy, operations, and technology consulting experience with clients in the public and private sectors. His expertise lies in using new digital and analytics technologies to improve organisational operating models, transitioning operations to cloud-based platforms, and integrating cross-organisational data analytics for high-impact outcomes.

J.N. is also the local project sponsor of the Deloitte CARE program, which focuses on helping local refugees integrate into Swiss society, and was the recipient of the 2020 Deloitte Impact Award.
