With 15+ years of experience in global procurement and supply chain management across the private sector, international NGOs, and the UN, he brings a wealth of expertise.

Jean-Vincent worked several years in global freight forwarding, before transitioning to the aid and development sector. As Supply Manager for Oxfam Spain he was in charge of procurement and supply chain management for global programs and humanitarian emergency responses.

In 2016, He joined The United Nations Office for Project Services ( UNOPS). In charge of the procurement activities for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, he was also overseeing the system integration between the UNOPS e-catalogue and wambo.org, the Global Fund’s marketplace.

Since 2021 Jean-Vincent has been heading UN Web Buy Plus, UNOPS e-commerce platform, delivering critical goods and supply chain services to the wide aid and development community across more than 100 countries. As solution and product owner of the UNOPS digital supply chain platform, he supervises the IT development, procurement activities, supply chain customer service and business development with UNOPS partners including UN agencies, Governments, INGOs and international financial institutions.
