Heather Hughes joined GISF in 2019, following many years as Oxfam GB’s Global Security Adviser, and several years with International Location Safety. Heather’s current role builds on her strategic and operational experience, to support GISF members and the sector more widely to improve security risk management approaches and practice, to keep aid workers safe.
