Dora Abdelghani serves as the Rule of Law Global Practice Lead at the International Rescue Committee. She has 15 years of experience in quality programing in humanitarian action and protection programming for internally displaced persons and refugees. Her vast experience includes work in emergency contexts, as well as recovery and development settings across Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, East and West Africa.
Mrs. Abdelghani holds two master’s degrees in International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law from the Law University of Aix en Provence.
