Craig Williams leads Water Mission’s ongoing emergency safe water program within Ukraine. 

Craig has worked within the humanitarian and development spheres for over 20 years, in more than 60 countries across 5 continents. Specializing in disaster management, he has supported UN, NGOs, governments and private sector alike, to either develop emergency plans or establish rapid emergency response programs.

With more than a decade of WASH experience, Craig is now based in Ukraine leading the emergency WASH program for Water Mission, since the start of the invasion in 2022. The Water Mission team produces safe water for approximately 100,000 people every day in frontline and heavily impacted areas. Craig is currently localizing the program and will include energy and protection as additions to WASH.
