Clara works as an innovative finance manager at KOIS, where she specialises in designing and implementing impact investment, blended finance, and results-based finance mechanisms. At KOIS, she manages a portfolio of projects in fragile contexts and co-leads the firm’s Climate and Nature platform. Clara oversees the Refugee Impact Bond, a $13.5 million impact bond in Jordan that supports a micro-enterprise creation programme delivered by the Near East Foundation (NEF) to help vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees recover their livelihoods and build resilience.

Clara holds a master’s degree in international economics from Sciences Po Paris and a BSc in Economics from Uppsala University.
