Bulbul A. Khan “Mithu” has been with USAID nearly 10 years and is a member of USAID’s Civil Service. Prior to joining USAID, Mr. Khan worked for a development implementing partner and a consulting firm in project financing and management consulting. He holds an MBA in international finance and economics, and a bachelor’s in public administration. Mr. Khan likes to chat about utils (a hypothetical unit measuring satisfaction), new business ideas, and traveling without breaking the bank. He is a passionate supporter of humanitarian work and believes that the humanitarian community makes a difference in people’s lives every day, however small those impacts may sometimes seem.
