As Director of Partnerships and Communications, Bianca Medzini leads LGT Venture Philanthropy’s engagements with partners and philanthropy leaders as well as the foundation’s communications in service of our vision: to leverage the power of collective philanthropy to build resilient, prosperous and inclusive communities, and improve the quality of life of those we serve.

Bianca has more than 15 years of experience in mobilizing public-private financing coalitions for nature, gender equity, and equal access to health. Prior to joining LGT Venture Philanthropy, Bianca built and managed the portfolio of strategic philanthropy partnerships with foundations, high net-worth individuals and social businesses at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva. Previously, Bianca was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and designed and led economic development programs in Latin America for UNDP and USAID.

A German national, Bianca holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Master in Applied Cultural Studies from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany.
