Ben is the Director of Government and Humanitarian Services at Air Charter Service (ACS), boasting a career spanning two decades with the company. He began as a broker in the London Cargo team, swiftly advancing to Team Leader and then Assistant Director. In 2015, Ben accepted the role of Director of the Paris Cargo team, a position he held until 2016, where he further honed his expertise in cargo operations. Following this, he was appointed European Business Development Director, driving strategic growth across the continent. Fluent in French, Ben’s international experience and linguistic skills have been invaluable in his roles and over time he has developed a specialisation in humanitarian logistics. In 2021, he was promoted to Director of Government and Humanitarian Services, where he now oversees critical logistics for government agencies and humanitarian organisations, coordinating disaster relief, emergency evacuations, and medical supply deliveries.
