Alyoscia D’Onofrio is the Vice President, Head of Technical Excellence at the International Rescue Committee. In this role he leads the IRC’s technical units in designing and supporting the delivery of high quality program interventions in the domains of public health, education, economic recovery & development, governance, and violence prevention & response. Prior to this he held a senior management roles in DR Congo, Kenya, Bosnia and the UK.

Alyoscia speaks and writes about accountability, inclusion, governance, and power, as they play out across aid and development delivery, has published in peer reviewed journals and has written for a number of aid blogs. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Sussex in Social and Political Thought and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
