Aiman has dedicated nearly 10 years to humanitarian work, beginning as a volunteer while studying civil engineering to assist IDPs affected by conflicts in Yemen. His extensive experience spans various sectors including health, nutrition, water and sanitation, environmental rehabilitation, food security, livelihoods, shelter, and support for refugees arriving in Yemen from the Horn of Africa. Aiman’s unwavering commitment to humanitarian aid and sustainable development motivated him to co-found Nabd Development and Evolution Organization (NDEO)A Yemeni organization working in development and evolution in various fields of humanitarian work. NDEO is also co-leading the localization initiative in Yemen with other local organizations. His commitment to humanitarian efforts is further demonstrated through his participation in numerous workshops and training programs organized by esteemed institutions such as USAID, UNHCR, OCHA, and WFP.
